Drivers Riso Comcolor 7050

We have one here, had problems with teachers who had upgraded to windows 10 (even after i told them not too!) with print jobs getting stuck at 'spooling' but ive done a clean install of win10 on one laptop for testing, and ive not come accross any problems myself.Yep - I had these exact problems too, but installing the latest driver has fixed most issues. In some cases the printer doesn't appear for some users, it's just really odd. There's also a Ricoh on the same network that works with no issues.

Did you or have you had an engineer apply any firmware upgrades on the photocopier? On a related note, does anyone know of a tool or a command I can run, to reset the Windows 10 spooler to defaults? In other words to delete all third party drivers, so it's forced to pull down drivers 'as new'? I can't seem to find anything that will do it!I haven't tried this method on Windows 10, but it works great on 7.

Where did you go for the firmware download? Pain in the arse constantly clearing documents that are stuck spooling, hope this fixes it!
