Hi, If you developed form already in oracle 6 and want to convert it then you need to redefine it because up gradation is not supported by 10g for any old versions. But if you want to connect a form (6) like trying to open that can be done but it will not work. The JE-instance in 10g will not support. OAUG eLearning: Oracle Critical Patch Update October 2007. This quarter there are no patches required for the Oracle Application Server or Developer 6i. It is possible with 6i. I can only confirm it works up to patch 17. Do a custom install. For a developer installation, select only Forms Developer,Forms Runtime,Reports Developer, Reports Runtime and SQL. Do not select other items, especially the JDK. For runtime installation only select the runtimes and sql. Load patches up to patch 17.
